Whether you are a tango dancer, or a yogie, or a regular person, yoga or any other meditative activity you do plays a significant role in your ongoing health.

In our classes we focus on the breath, the moment with the breath. Each class practice will have a focus or a theme that will guide the flow of the entire class. The class will begin and end with a guided meditation practice. The class will have regular asanas with modification for both beginners and advanced practitioners.

Parallels between yoga and tango will be drawn during the class. This cannot be over emphasized for Tango Dancers.

Our classes are known to physically, emotionally, and spiritually intense, but at the end you may have the best sleep you had in years, so make it a gift to yourself and your loved ones, YOU will enjoy a state of connection with yourself and the universe.
